All data you enter is protected by SSL certificates on our server and encrypted once it is stored within our system.

You will next be asked to enter the information on your subjects one at a time. At the bottom of each subject page you will be given the choice to add another subject or immediately checkout. When you checkout, you will be given the opportunity to review all of your entries. Once your entries are accepted, you will be taken to a payment processing page.

At the end of the checkout process, you will be provided a link to an Authorization and Release Statement. You will need one signed for each subject that you request information on. We are required to secure signed Authorization and Release Statement(s) before running these checks. Please fax the completed Authorization and Release Statement(s) to 954-463-7539.

Once your payment is accepted and we receive the Authorization and Release Statement(s), Ramsden USA, Inc. will start your selected background checks. If there are any problems, or if any further information is needed, someone from Ramsden USA, Inc. will contact you.

Please note that additional fees may be required if the subject has ever lived outside of the United States. You will be contacted if these additional fees are required.

The average time it takes to complete a full set of reports is usually 1-3 business days.
